ABOUT ME

My name is Tiffany and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) from NJ and have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. My diverse experience includes various settings with clients ages 4-90. I have worked in settings such as community mental health, inpatient substance abuse rehabilitation, intensive in-community/in-home, and group private practice. I have been trained in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, and many others which can help us create the healthiest outcome for you.

I believe in a client-centered approach that prioritizes exploring your unique thoughts, feelings, and responses, helping us identify and work towards your personal goals in a way that feels right for you. My clinical focus includes trauma (PTSD and CPTSD), addiction, anxiety, depression, and self-care. I understand that everyone's journey is different, so I am committed to meeting you where you're at—whether you prefer to take things slowly or move at a faster pace, the choice is yours. Together, we’ll create a path forward that aligns with your needs and your pace.

As a passionate therapist, I believe “you have the answers.” Through self-awareness and observation, you have the power to create the life you desire. I support your full range of emotions, whether it’s through anger, tears, or dark humor—whatever you bring, you are welcomed and accepted as you are. I look forward to connecting with you and starting this journey together!

My leisure activities include traveling, spending time with friends and family, reading biographies/autobiographies, watching trash TV, and staying informed.

How this works

Whether you're new to therapy or have previous experience, I’m here to meet you where you are. Some people prefer to ease into sessions, while others are ready to dive in right away—either approach works for me! We’ll begin with a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and goals, and together we’ll determine if we’re a good fit. From there, we can schedule your first session. I encourage clients to move at their own pace, and I’ll follow their lead throughout the process. If you're unsure about what steps to take, we’ll figure that out together in this judgment-free space.
